"Our family didn’t end up staying here due to the hotel not looking like the pictures that are posted. One room smelled like smoke, and this hotel is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. The paint was chipped off the walls. Outlets were weak like they were about to fall out of the wall. When walking down the hallway pass the vending machine and ice machine area, there were clothes on the floor between the two machines like a homeless person may stay there. They did offer to move us to another room....

"The hotel itself was great - my room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly & helpful. The area surrounding the hotel, however, was really unsafe. My Uber driver warned me that I should stay in the hotel and not wander the area, especially at night because there's a lot of gun violence in that area. I'm glad he warned me because sure enough, I could hear gunshots on Saturday night... Outside of the hotel is well lit and I felt safe in my room but it was still jarring to hear this! The...
