"Great location next to the convention center. They have a walkway with direct access however the elevator was turned off so stairs were the only access. Friendly and very helpful staff. No late night snack shop available. "

"sink was not draining in our room on the 6th floor ( I think it was 644) We also did not have coffee cups or coffee on the 2nd day , I went down twice to get cups and coffee... However, everyone was very nice, and I really like the property. Will stay again and recommend. "

"We chose this hotel for its nearness to the Metrorail stop- however it was difficult to get to the hotel from there except by taxi. Once we had a rental car we could move around much easier. The hotel was great overall. I never did get into the whirlpool unfortunately but it looked lovely. Frieda’s restaurant next door is excellent though pricey. "
