"I read some pretty terrible reviews before booking this property, but still decided to book because we really wanted to have an all inclusive with bringing our kids. Because I read reviews I didn’t have very high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. It’s clean, comfortable(minus the curtains not being blackout) easy to get food, decent food for an AI, drinks were great, and we had everything we needed. "Zoetry is a resort for comfort and relaxation. The staff was excellent and made our vacation memorable. Dyon and Latoya are the best bartenders around! Hyatt can definitely help the staff by ensuring that they are always fully stocked but that didn’t stop the staff from finding other ways to meet our needs and requests. We will definitely come back because of them!"

"Great place to hang out, with access to the water, swimming and diving, no beach. Apartments are not luxurious, but have the basics. The beach restaurant is better than the rooftop by the pool. If you have a car, try out some of the many beaches along the west coast for day trips."

"We loved everything about our stay! On days when we just wanted to lay back and chill we ordered room service and relaxed. We loved hanging out around the infinity pool. If someone told me that I would spend hours standing in the pool and not swim, I wouldn’t have believed it. I can’t say enough great things about our stay!"
