The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and inviting. "Good food. Everything was clean. Great vibe! Very well organized. Love the all inclusivity! Two things: there was only one elevator working for the whole Mangrove building. Was not cool! Second: they did not inform us properly the correct instructions to make reservations for the restaurants, so for the 2 nights we were there we could not have a reservation at a restaurant. Please give your instructions clear! Because the app is not working! You need to be at 10am at the reception bali to make a reservation for the next day. They did not inform us on this."
