"The updated rooms are really nice. The older ones need updating. You get charge extra to use the leisure suite which I don’t agree with. Breakfast is ok. If it’s not buffet you get 1 of each item which I feel it makes it not worth the £12.50. "

"Staff at this hotel are excellent. We checked into our room to find the bed messy/slept in & towels on the floor of the bathroom. Clearly the room wasn’t ready for us! We were moved to another room which was ok but needed some attention! Bathroom mirror was filthy, floor dirty but we did have a clean, freshly made bed! "
