"Had an amazing stay at JA Ocean View, All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my sons birthday during our stay and they upgraded our room and left him a nice cake on his birthday. I loved the location along the main walk on JBR, food outlets and the beach at your doorstep. "

"The hotel was excellent. Our room was in the tower behind the main hotel front, but they interconnect via a bridge and we were grateful of this as the restaurants were quieter but we still had access to all facilities. The pool is shaded, which is a positive in 32+ degree heat. The beach is stunning. The hotel staff promote no sunbed saving, which means there is always room. We also utilised local facilities such as Jet skiing. Very friendly and worth the money. We ate at 3 of the restaurants, Hartson for buffet breakfast each day, the italian place for 1 night and 2 nights in the Wavebreaker, which is right on the aforementioned beach. This was by far our favourite. Wavebreaker offers BBQ grilled meat & fish at reasonable prices and 2 for 1 alcoholic drinks every night. There was even live accoustic music on Friday night. The area around the Walk is very friendly and safe. There are a plethora of american and world restaurants should you want to venture away from the hotel. The staff in the hotel were very polite and knowledgeable. Overall, the perfect family holiday. Will be returning."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Staff we’re exceptional… nothing was too much trouble. Only slight down marks would be that the waterpark isnt really a waterpark, it’s some slides… kept our five year old entertained but our eight year old did get a bit bored with what was there quite quickly. Also, kids club facilities were good but the requirement to check in on the kids each hour seemed a bit odd.. never had that at other kids clubs and just has the potential to unsettle the kids… other than that we really loved our stay. "

"Excellent property, right in centre near to restaurants and shops, beach on doorstep, lovely clean facilities. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were all attentive and polite. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice of food. We had executive room which included afternoon tea which was also excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and families "
