"Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch."

"The service was friendly and attentive from check in to check out. We enjoyed the breakfast each day which was a cornucopia of options in a bright atmosphere. Great lounge furniture options at the pool with covered cabanas and chairs. We used the shuttle daily to visit the mall and Burj Khalifa. It was an excellent experience!"

"The hotel staff were very pleasant, my room was very spacious. Nice hot shower and deep bath tub. The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter for applying makeup. Great location downtown, not far from most attractions. Dubai Mall very close. The hotel could do a better job of providing more healthy items on the Lemon Peel menu. There were a lot of fried food pre battered items and breaded fried items. The chef served me yogurt instead of Baba Ganoush without any warning, I guess...
