Too many to name individually but every member of staff always welcoming , genuinely friendly and always helpful if required . Love the restaurant and bar team and when ever I return it really is great to see friends again. As an extensive business traveller such customer service combined with a genuine personal feel is genuinely a rarity that many larger and higher rated hotels...

"the hotel overlooks a beautiful lake. quite with friendly staff. the room is quite spacious although it needs updating. the cleanliness is average with very few kitchen old utensils. we had to ask for a toaster. many items were missing. overall the stay was good but it was overpriced."
