"Overall the hotel stay was good, it was clean and tidy. Good leisure facilities, breakfast was good and the service was great in the restaurant Check-in was slow, hotel concierge was almost non-existent; had to carry own luggage to reception but receptionist (Avnas) was good who helped to take the luggage to the room. Arranged late check out, thanks to Mariane it was agreed till 6pm but later we had extend to 11pm as their was flight delay, the reception was not prepared to extend so resulted...

"Extremely friendly and accommodating staff who were always happy to help or at least offer. I don’t recall not being greeted by a smile whenever I engaged with staff members during my stay. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The room service was first class, as was the breakfast offered in Hatta restaurant."
