Costumer Service was good. Fare included breakfast and shuttle service to and from Dubai Festival City. Mall. This hotel is in old Dubai."

"Oh my days, what an absolute disaster of a place. DO NOT STAY HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FAMILY. This so-called hotel has multiple clubs inside, and it is absolutely not family-friendly. Where do I even begin? From the very start, my wife felt unsafe here. There are random men constantly lingering in the lobby, clearly waiting for girls from the clubs. The lobby staff are unprofessional and rude, stopping my wife and me every time we passed through to interrogate us as if I was bringing...
