"From check in and throughout our stay everyone on the staff were very professional and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and I would recommend this hotel. "

"A beautiful well appointed room served by top tier service providers. We had a minor issue getting stuck in an elevator for 15 minutes and they camped us an entire night. This place knows how to treat customers with decency and respect. 10/10 will go again. "

"The King-bed room had everything we needed and the view, even in winter, was great. Two nice surprises: the carpet in the room was replaced with hardwood flooring which seemed much cleaner. Also the traditional shower in a bath tub had been replaced by a spacious walk-in shower.Nice. Lots of food options, besides those in the hotel. We had a craft beer and dinner next door at the Amsterdam Brewery, and all-day breakfast across the street at Golden Egg. Parking was expensive (it is Toronto) but easy to get to. Area is very walkable."
