"Room was beautiful. Amenities were great. Had a king bed. Found pillows not the greatest, my neck hurt in the morning. You could hear neighbours washing their dishes with dishwasher or laundry but otherwise nice place. "

"I stayed at this hotel last year and again this week and i really enjoy it. It’s a good location close to the subway and the Eaton centre is a short walk. I was here for the Taylor swift concert and was a little disappointed there wasn’t much theme wise except for some themed cocktails the bar was offering. Overall i will stay here again when i visit the city."

"We stayed here while in town to see The Eras Tour. It is the perfect location to walk to Rogers Centre. The staff was very friendly. They had added extra Taylor Swift-themed details to the lobby and gave us friendship bracelet-making kids when we checked in. It was really fun!"
