Pros: Fantastic staff who went above and beyond for us for e.g. Valet helping me get items when i forgot them in my car, and staff coming and making the sofa bed within 20mins of me telling them (it had been forgotten). Great location suoer close to everything, and i was surprised at the breakfast it was very well set up with lots of options. Cons: Property is quite dated and needs an overhaul especially of mattresses as theyre very sunken in. Otherwise its next to an electrical sub station so there are better views but overall you dont really notice it. Would stay again for the right price, or would be happy to pay more if it was updated. Staff though were fantastic

Hotel was in a great location. Staff were amazing. Pull out couch was terrible, mattress was old and thin and it felt like you were sleeping on the coils all night. That’s our only complaint. But when you don’t sleep well, it really leaves that as your lasting memory.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. Absolutely great for family or traveling with larger groups. The kitchen is so handy so you don’t have to eat out every night. Great location for entertainment district and although not super close to the Eatons Center, we have walked there each stay and it has been a great 20min walk. Staff are super friendly. Check in was flawless. (Checked in early for free). Free continental breakfast was great and has not disappointed yet. I would highly recommend

My husband and I have never been to Toronto and were Celebrating our First anniversary. The staff surprised us with a beautiful gift to welcome us and acknowledge our special day. I was a little upset upon check in due to travel in and the front desk agent was so pleasant and kind I really appreciate that. He was friendly and patient so thank you for that. Only thing is the parking was a bit expensive and no additional options on property. But other than that we had a wonderful stay. Hotel was clean and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Location was perfect and safe. ♥️
