From beginning to end, the experience was extraordinary. Andre Kelly assisted with our reservation, as novice, he made the entire process seamless and truly set the bar before we even step foot in the hotel. I was planning a surprise proposal and the staff worked flawlessly together to help make this dream come true. The experience was amazing and unforgettable. Ok so this is a five star facility all the way around, No question... but when you get a balcony and it faces directly on a air duct of the next building in a dirty alley behind the hitel you gotta put "obstructed view" or something like that.... this wasnt bc of construction its just a busted balcony looking out to brick and a back alley. Every thing else, 5 star just buyer beware lol
