Great location and friendly atmosphere; unfortunately our room, though on a very high floor, was hit with the noise (sirens) from younge street. This made it difficult to sleep. I recommend asking for a room on a different side of the hotel (not overlooking Younge)

I like the location and it was very clean, but i dislike the noise, I was not able to sleep because the construction noise was very loud. Also the people in the hall were screaming all night having the police come over and hearing all of that at my door. In my stay said I was getting queen beds and they were full beds making it a little uncomfortable. Also I was not able to make the ac work, room was too hot to sleep.

It was just what we needed for a quick stay in Toronto! If you're planning on being close to somewhere in downtown toronto this is definitely a great place to huddle into for a couple nights. Staff are great and oh my goodness the adult pool!! Loved it.

Stayed here for one night for The Eras Tour. The lobby was stunning and was decorated for the holidays and had Taylor Swift themed activities. The area around the hotel had a lot. I walked to Tim Horton’s in the morning for coffee. The transit system was nearby and easy to use. The room was a little dated but I was only there to sleep. The parking garage being underground was a little confusing at first but I feel that being a very busy weekend was to blame. I’d choose this hotel again, since it was so close to much of what Toronto has to offer and was a great value.
