Shopping & restraunts were with in walking distance. They have underground parking for small vehicle & limited lg vehicle above ground. Hot tubs and exercise area were clean and well maintained. Room was clean with small fridge, coffee pot & kettle. Staff were very pleasant. Restraunt had delicious breakfast.

Overall, this is a great property to stay at. I would give it a five as everything was great however, a five is a bit special for here. We had absolutely no complaints and loved our stay.

Was an amazing stay! Staff was amazing! Very quiet and clean! Had no issues with the room! Bigger pillows for the bed would have been a bit better! Also loveddd the fact they had a fan in the room! Made my sleep so much better! Definitely recommend!

The property needs an update, the carpets, tiles are dirty, outdated, the underground parking was dirty, n there was yucky water coming from the pipes, sprinkling all over our cars. The staff were friendly.

Everything was great. I would not hesitate to stay at the Banff Ptarmigan again. The only negative is the underground parking, which is a little tight to maneuver around in.
