Staff that checked us in was so incredibly nice and helpful. Check out was a bit confusing and we were given bad information on parking paying and how to go about. We had to go back in and then was given proper information on how to leave the lot. The price for parking was a tad ridiculous considering the location and ability to park for free around it.

Overall good experience, easy parking and check in/ checkout service , room was clean , hotel is close to I-5 freeway and noise insulation is poor , air conditioning unit was set to 63 and outdoor conditions at night were 57F so the room was freezing , no response to my text messages even though their automated system asked me to respond with any issues or needs
