"Amazing apartments. Pleased we upgraded to garden room with a private terrace area. Location excellent, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. It is very peaceful and relaxing, pool area lovely. There was only one problem. We tried to order a breakfast basket on second day and they said it was too late and had to do on first day. This wasn’t made clear when checking in and there were instructions on reception stating you had to order before 7pm night before for delivery of a basket the next day....

I did need to contact the staff who are not actually at the location as we had a little trouble getting in originally but they responded quickly and it seemed to be a user error. "Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. Quick replies on WhatsApp. Had some door code issues that were quickly resolved. Amazing location just down the street from the Sao Bento station and a wholesome breakfast each morning. Great space, clean and quiet. Note: there is no elevator if you need that. Luggage storage if you want to use after checking out has two lockers (1 euro per locker). Overall, a wonderful place to stay. What could be better? Minor things like coffee maker issue...

"For a family of 5 with 3 grown boys, this space was perfect. It was extremely clean. Having been to other places, I appreciated that I didn't have to do anything upon check out as my cleaning fee covered it. However, I had an issue with Expedia. They confirmed the apartment I wanted as this service has many but they never told me the correct address. Fortunately the correct apartment wasn't far but with cobble stones and steep roads, it wasn't fun with luggage. The location I had was right...
