"The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting. This is a great hotel in close proximity to Chiang Mai International Airport. I would not hesitate to make reservations here...

"Great place to stay. We stayed for 5 nights for both remote working and exploring Chiang Mai. Sky River pool is great but lacks any shade from the sun. 7-Eleven right across the road is very convenient. Gym is small with max 25kg dumbells. 20 Minute walk to Old City. Check-In and Check-Out was easy, and there is a tourist information office at the bottom of the building."

"The condo we stayed out was beautiful, spacious, and relaxing. The room facilities were clean, organized, & helpful for us travelers. There was an equiped kitchen, washing machine, separate bathtub & shower, a separate living space, & a balcony. Additionally, the roof had a gym & pool that overlooked the city. "A truly awful experience at the most poorly stocked vacation property I have ever rented. The property overlooks a terribly rundown neighborhood. Upon arrival, the front door lock was broken. The woman at the front desk argued with me for 20 minutes before calling a locksmith to do the repair. The fan for the A/C in the bedroom was barely blowing even at the highest setting. "한국 분들은 많이 안오시는 거 같아 한글로 남깁니다. 상당히 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 직원분들 친절하시고 2층에 계신 매니저? 사장님 분 영어 매우 잘하시고 건물 관리에 상당히 신경쓰는 듯한 인상이었어요. 위치야 어차피 좀 외곽이어도 택시 부르면 금방금방 잘 옵니다. 그리고 체크아웃하고 제가 애플정품 충전기를 깜빡했는데, 다음날 혹시나 하고 찾아가보니 비닐로 포장해서 기다리고 있었다고 내주시더라구요. 동남아에서 그렇게 잘 안찾아주는데 감격해서 청소하시는 분께 팁 사십바트 전달해달라고드리고 왔음. 외국인들은 많은데 한국인들이 별로 없어요 많이들 오세요 ㅎㅎ"

"What you see in the picture is what you get. Host were very informative and gave all the relevant information to the unit.
