"The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from two different subway lines and the main shopping area of the city. Getting from the airport was simple with a subway line direct from the airport to the city center. The hotel was clean with an ample selection of foods at their breakfast buffet. They tried with service but if you don’t speak Chinese it’s hard. "

"This hotel is stunning. It sits on a lovely pond by the lake, with exquisite grounds and a gorgeous courtyard whose water feature is impressive by day or night. The lobby is enormous and austere, the spa delightful and the pool beautiful as well, though I'd recommend finding hours when it's less busy. "It seems that the hotel is poorly managed. We arrived in the evening and ordered an in-room dining. We were promised the food in 30 minutes, but instead it took more than an hour to get it. The food was disgusting, the chefs obviously do not even know how to make the most simple salads (such as Garden or Caesar), not to say mushroom soup.
