"There was easy access to the property. The staff was friendly and courteous. I didn't care for the policy of leaving dirty towels in the hallway to signify that replacements were needed which left a stench in the hallway. I am used to rooms at a Hyatt property being cleaned each day and at least the bathroom being cleaned. The breakfast lacked flavor. "

"There was a lot of stomping and noise from the people in an above room. I called the front desk twice and was told they would do something about it but nothing changed. It went on until 3 in the morning. Got now sleep. "

"It's a very nice place to stay. My only issue was that there was not a small coffee pot in the room or the ability to get a cup of coffee in the lobby. It had all your other amenities you would need...ironing board, fridge, microwave, small couch, desk, tv. Very nice and modern with friendly staff. "

"Booked last minute for a basketball tournament. Good price and clean room. Only complaint was the free breakfast. Black coffee, waffles and cereal were the options. No juice or butter or creamer or any pastry/toast/bagel or anything. Two containers of yogurt in the fridge. Just not much to choose from. "
