"Lovely place, very helpful staff "

"Lovely welcoming people. You have to understand that anyone walks can walk through the door and I believe they try very hard to make them feel welcome. Wi-Fi good , there is staff member that speaks English however you should download a translation app as mostly speaking Spanish. One thing I disliked is bathroom outside of bedroom. Otherwise perfecto :)"

"Great place, great workers, excellent stay. Far drives for food/downtown activities but nothing outrageous. Only issues we had were the cleaning staff would bang on our doors repeatedly even after repeatedly saying no thank you, and we had a key card go as well as some money go missing from our room while we were out. Other than those minor things, excellent stay! 10/10 recommend! "

"The hotel is located in a quiet but beautiful town - not full of international tourists, so you feel that you get a taste of the real Catalonia. Perfect location in summer, as the air is fresh at night. Also including here and the nearby town Caldes, plenty of wonderful tapas restaurants to try. I also loved the old style of the hotel and the rooms are also very comfortable and large. Loved breakfast - they had a range of interesting meats and delicious pastries and bread. "Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. Honestly, even some other Spaniards were frustrated with the virtual reception system, a few even waited hours to get into the lobby itself. Yes, the rooms are fair for the price and the bathrooms are lovely, but the customer service is so awful that it didn't feel...
