"My wife and I visited from the United States. Overall, we really liked this property. The hotel itself is very elegant, has a lot of nice dining options, and is conveniently attached to a mall. Furthermore, the grounds on the outside are fantastic. The private beach and pool areas are very well laid out, and are nice spots to relax after exploring the city. The service staff are extremely polite and professional, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. The only minor complaints we had...

"Spacious room. Hot showers. They gave me late check out at 1pm instead of 12pm so that was nice. There's a gym and pool on the top floor, with shower. So even after we checked out, we could still shower (they have us towels!) before heading to the airport. that was fabulous. Hotel definitely needs updating though!"

"Resort is wonderful and we enjoyed the restaurants, the pool and the beach. Apartment itself could have been handed over and maintained better. Bidet was not functioning properly and guest toilet close to entrance didn't have towels. Master bedroom stand shower had faulty seal and floor slope was towards shower door causing water to accumulate. Little things that are annoying and not expected from a 5 star resort, especially when you are paying them a ton of $$. Also I'd booked a sea facing...
