"The hotel is centrally located for a tourist. Hakim went out of his way to help with my comfort and to provide information about places of interest. There is a shop in the lobby that has a great selection and excellent prices (plan to negotiate a bit). Enjoyed the pool too."

"Low rise on 3 levels so not like the other very high rise hotels nearby. Gives hotel a more homely scale and size. Staff are all fabulous and helpful. Palm view back towards Dubai is a great feature especially at night. Laguna beach bar sun set during happy hour sat in comfortable sofas is a must. Sand on the beach is just perfect specification chosen not to stick lol. Restaurants are expensive but good quality. Free bus into town is 40 mins and picks up at other hotels and only drops off at the big shopping Mall. Taxis quicker for approx Aed 50 or £12 uk you can easily get to Dubai marina and multiple bars and restaurants. This hotel is very relaxed and favoured by families with young children but has adult only areas as well. Birds are a bit of a problem feeding off tables at times. So if you have a Hitchcock phobia, be aware at any hotel this happens on the Palm. On the whole I preferred this 3 floor hotel rather than being in a massive high rise hotel waiting for a lift on floor 25… way more chill and easy. "

"Hotel was logically built for families, staff also friendly and helpful. Our two best activity during the day was the waterpark and the minidisco. Amazing food always a lot from choose even for kids. Max. 20 minutes by taxi from Dubai Airport. "

"My experience was unbelievable. I've stayed in the Plam Jumeirah area before at other hotels and had been disappointed with the views. This hotel, however, had spectacular views of the leaves of the palm, in addition to the Persian Gulf. The property feels like you are inside an Ottoman empire palace. It is very, very nice even compared to other five star hotels. The breakfast buffet is excellent, which is something hard to find in Dubai. What blew me away the most was the service, though. I've never experienced anything like this before. For example, I would say hello to the housekeeper in the hall and they would great me by name. When I accidentally left my key in the room and left, they not only remembered me at the front desk but already knew my room number. One of the waiters took the time to befriend me (we talked a lot about where he was from in India) and I'm candidly looking forward to seeing him again next time I'm in town. Overall the experience was amazing. One last point is that the location feel very relaxed and secluded which, again, is hard to find in Dubai. A do yourself a favor and stay here. "
