"Great location, good condition of the property, the only big problem that you can not travel with big luggage, the B&B got a narrow and spiral staircase which make difficult to go up and down with large luggage. But the place is nice and clean.Attention to arrival time, if after 07:00pm you must inform the place. There is no reception."

The room was quite hot and the aircon didn’t cool it down well, and I don’t think it had been thoroughly cleaned - there were empty shampoo & body wash containers on top of the shower head from the previous guest, and there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. "It is a shame that restrictions on improvements to this listed historic building mean that some amenities we take for granted in the 21st Century are not able to be provided - eg poor wi fi, no pool, no bath, no lift to upper floor (difficult stairs with luggage over 20kgs & no porter), poor tv coverage (no English speaking channel at all - not even news). "Fantastic place! The apartment was beautiful but basic. The equipment provided did lack some basics so needed to buy some things such as a corkscrew and shape knife. The hostess was amazing and was always on hand to answer any questions. The pool was brilliant with the added bonus of having a toilet so you don’t need to go back to the apartment. My children loved it as the hostesses children were there to play. "
