Hotel location is within 10 minutes walking distance from train station, transportation bus stops are also located literally outside the hotel, excellent customer service, rooms are a bit too small but it was ok since we literally only used it to sleep & shower. This hotel has a beautiful chapel with the blessed sacrament exposed! I love it! Will definitely stayed again!!!

We had a problem with a dirty bin but were upgraded which we appreciated. Breakfast was lovely, as were all staff. Wi fi was very poor at 0.1mpbs. Possibly needed rebooting.

Nice room, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. This was a convenient place to stay when visiting Assisi (about 2km), and other towns nearby, such as Perugia (Hotel Cenacolo is about 600m from Assisi train station).

Very nice hotel, conveniently located. Modern, quiet and comfortable. The walled city of Assisi was 10 min away by car. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room staff was the opposite.

A nice quiet location by the train station with local bus service to Assisi. The room was very clean and peaceful environment. The onsite restaurant is pretty good and the server is top notch (he seems to run both dinner and breakfast!). The wifi reception in my room was particularly bad and the staff wouldn't acknowledge that there would be any issue. But it's fast enough in the common area so that got me by.

Nice building and grounds. Room basic but clean and modern. Friendly and helpful front desk. Location is not in Assisi, it's a very steep long walk or short but expensive taxi ride. Breakfast could use improvement, very simple and typical unhealthy Italian buffet with no hot food except eggs and bacon and no salad or vegetables, mainly pastries and cakes. Maybe it's a "monastic" breakfast. Overall pretty good value for the price if you can deal with the location and bare bones breakfast
