The staff at the reception is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We did have some translation challenges, but it added a touch of adventure to our stay. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious! "Really convenient as the hotel is across the street from Nishi Shinjuku Chome on the Toei line - a lot of other hotels are a bit of a hike from subway stops. Small rooms which are expected in Tokyo - pretty decent public bath - the coin operated laundry needs a bit of an upgrade - the dryers take multiple hours to dry clothes."

"Nice hotel to stay in. Staff were really polite and helpful. Lots of food options and convenience stores close by. The shower is too short for a tall person and the pillows could be better. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay."
