"The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel was so clean and those beds were some of the comfiest bed that I have slept in. "

"Staff needs training in service dog laws. I was told at check-in that service dogs are considered pets and that all pets have to stay on 5th floor. They did let us stay even though there was no 5th floor rooms. Lots of people with service dogs also have mobility issues and 5th floor may not be great for them."
