"This was a great hotel for our first time in Seoul. The hotel itself looks amazing and deserves 4*, however some wallpaper on the walls of the room is starting to detach and is covered in stains, same as common corridor carpets. That takes away feom the experience."

"I stayed for 1 night and I wish i could stay for longer but i had a flight for seoul in the morning but the stay was amazing the service was excellent and the room service was excellent the room was so spacious it felt like a mini apartment in a hotel the staff is so kind and always willing to help they can speak both english and korean so it was really helpful since i am a exchange student trying to learn korean. 10/10 service "

"Good location were you are able to walk or take metro to any tourist sites. Staff was was great and buffet breakfast had many options i would recommend as hotel to stay in Myeongdong seoul. "

"The West Tower seemed new. Very spacious and private curved glass and stone with quiet inlets to the check-in area and a separate one for the elevator bank. Very clean room and relaxing to rest from our 13 hour flight and start getting used to the time change. We could see the airport but did not hear any noise. As the morning fog burned off I could see aircraft landing and taking off in the distance as they were operating from the other end of the runways. To my left I could see where the coastline was. Not much going on around the hotel but we liked the quiet as we were starting our visit to much busier parts of Korea in Seoul and elsewhere."
