"We were only here for one night but the room was clean, modern, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Loved the croissant in a bag at our door in the morning! But by far the best part was the dinner and cocktails at the roof bar. Gorgeous views, good food including gluten-free options for my adult daughter with celiac, and great atmosphere. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Barcelo Hotel in Madrid. The hotel's location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. "This is an architecturally beautiful, clean, and well maintained hotel in the heart of Madrid. The location is the real value of this hotel. The rooms are comfortably sized for 2 people in center of the city. There are plenty of food, shopping, and transportation access within steps of the front door. Don’t expect luxury, door men, or daily fresh cut flowers in the lobby, but this is a great hotel with all amenities that one would need for a trip to Madrid. We would stay here again on our next visit to Madrid. "

"The hotel was in an ideal location with a 5 mins walk to Puerta Del Sol & Gran Villa and 10 mins to Plaza Mayor. The hotel was very clean. Rooms were excellent. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing as well. Very pleasantly surprised. Would 100% return. "
