We discovered it the last day but the basement coffee corner is the best thing ever! Free coffee, fruits, cookies, milk, utensils (even includes chopsticks, a big plus). Also every morning they put a bag of water and dessert on your door handle. These services make the hotel next level!

Great staff and location! Plenty of dinning options just out the door. Just steps away from the Metro which we used to access the high speed trains for day trips to Barcelona and Toledo. Also walkable to a huge variety of Plazas and museums. The staff was great and the room was comfortable.

I loved the location and how quiet and discreet it is. The cafeteria is great very well equipped. Amazing coffee. Bed and Bathrooms are modern and excellent. Customer service is excellent too. Overall this hotel is a Gem in the Downtown Madrid area. Thanks!

A few steps from Sol, it is perfectly located and connected to the city, within walking distance and by metro according to convenience. The room was fine, the bathroom did not completely close the shower door so it got wet outside and this was uncomfortable. You could feel the noise from outside, but you are in the heart of Madrid, what are you expecting? Overall we had a good experience.

Nice small hotel for budget travelers who want to be in the midst of the action without having to pay a fortune. Nice location in Chuecha with short distance to Gran Via. This hotel is not fancy, but its location is amazing. It in plaza, zero miles Madrid. Everything is walking distance. Metro is near by. They left bag of food every morning for us. Also has 24/7 dining with fresh fruit and goodie’s and coffee options. Many restaurants and shopping right outside Only thing was uber was few minutes walk away… which I didn’t like, but I would definitely stay there again if I ever go back.

The rooms were spacious and the common area was cozy and convenient. Walkable area to hotel in a busy street but quiet at night. The hotel seems to be hidden, it’s a cool spot
