There were various dishes to choose from for breakfast; Breakfast location is on the 7th floor and includes both the indoor area and the terrace outside with great views. We have stayed there a few times but in addition to the central location and the ambiance the attention to detail and support from the staff was absolutely amazing. I would especially like to single out the following staff who went above and beyond to make the experience amazing. Elena Zamora was able to book a reservation at the Diverxo (which is a top 5 in the world Michelin Star restaurant) with only 1 day after the request. She insured that it was a truly memorable experience. Everyone else was simply amazing, kind and positive. The staff is always available for a request, a smile, or even an ice cold glass of cava. It’s out favorite place to stay in Madrid
