"The room is excellent - the highlight of my trip. The furnishing looks very new. Room is clean. This is the first time I've ever felt like I was treated like a queen. Upon arrival, they helped us park our car and unload our luggage and brought to our room. They took our shoes and stored with them upon arrival. "It feels like you enter another world once you get into the hotel. You first need to remove your shoe as you enter the hotel. Instead of going to a check-in counter, we were asked to sit and they come with all the check in papers. While waiting for them to check our passport, we were serve some Yuzu water. "This hotel has a small hot springs bath. Because it's small you need to follow rules but rules in English are posted everywhere. Washing machine with detergent is free. Dryer is only 100 yen for 20 min. Very nice little town "
