"Good and nice. Rom was too cold and the heater too small for it i guess. Other than that, shower curtain way too long makes super uncomfortable, and pillows too small and not good everything else is nice. Location is perfect and people always so friendly. Been here few times and do like it for a quick stay."

"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

"The room was huge and gave us plenty of room to spread out. It was difficult for us to navigate with big luggage with the many stairs up to the 4th floor as there are no elevators. The room was still being cleaned when we arrived, but was done fairly quickly. Hotel is old and it shows. The room was sufficient for our one night stay and if you are looking for a no-frills, fairly basic location, this is one to consider.
