"There is no signage for reception on arrival at this property. You have to ask the guy on the gate which way to go, then he has you do a semi check in there, which holds everyone else up trying to enter the property. After checking the room we decided not to stay, this hotel is definitely not a 4 star as advertised, more like a 2 star. Rooms are very run down. "We were a group of women celebrating our 40th birthday’s. From the moment we arrived, the staff for so kind and welcoming. The resort is beautifully located. The pool was amazing and the food and drinks were superb. "Best hotel to start the year 2024! The service was great. The staff were super polite and friendly. The room was vast and I added with a rollaway bed without any issues - still very spacious. There’s free breakfast too. Near shopping complex just this one focused more on electronic products. Not something tourists will want to buy. Haha. Overall, I will stay in this hotel again. ❤️"
