"Very beautiful property, I have stayed there in the past with my husband and loved it so much I wanted to take my mother there as well. We got the most amazing townhouse unit with a view over the whole downtown area of Newport and the bay, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Paula at the front desk was especially nice and she made our stay as perfect as possible for us. We will definitely be coming back here and recommending this hotel to everyone! "

"I genuinely enjoyed our stay, however it was really frustrating that our refrigerator didn’t work so they brought a new one that didn’t work and then when they bought a 3rd one up they just left it in the middle of the floor instead of switching it with the broken one. Other than that it was amazing. "
