From the tea available to you as soon as you walk in to the delicious breakfast/lunch/dinner at the restaurant. On top of that, it such a beautiful hotel that feels so grand inside. They also go above and beyond to make sure you experience everything Cusco has to offer. They even had little Panchita (alpaca) there for you to take pictures with!"
