"The hotel and staff were fabulous. The lobby area is grand and even has a pianist playing at certain times during the day which is a classy touch. The only service related issue I had was that at breakfast the service was hit and miss in that tea and coffee or omlette orders could be slow in arriving at the table or may not arrive at all and we had to reorder.
