"Every time my layover is over 8hrs I get a room at the Oryx in Doha. Good rooms, quiet and I have the Oryx lounge I visit when I’m hungry or want to have a smoke in their smoking lounge. I get 6hr access to the lounge with my American Airlines Executive Card. "

"Fantastic stay at Intercontinental Doha Beach. The absolute stand out was the amazing amount of choice available for breakfast as well as the option to eat outside by the pool. The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff were very gracious and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in booking to stay here again. Thank you!"

The only criticism we had was there were a couple places where things were ragged. For example, some of the towels were frayed."
