"I arrived on time for my check-in, but to my surprise, I was treated very poorly by the front desk staff. While trying to resolve the issue through the Hotels.com chat, I discovered that my reservation had been mistakenly cancelled—without any prior notice or communication from the property. "We stayed in the "family suite", which consists of 2 bd and 2ba. It was perfect for me and my mother during our stay in Recife. Close to beach and the Boa Viagem fair, which is fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were attentive and helpful. I would stay here again in a second."

"It was an excellent stay. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. Enjoyed the free Netflix! Everything is new except the pots and pans. It’s next door to a supermarket and not too far from the beach or tourist area. My only complaint was that the bed was too hard. Other than that, I highly recommend "

They wanted me to pay again when I arrived at the lobby’s reception even though I had already paid via expedia because they claimed that what I paid was a deposit.
