"When we arrived there was no power for the rooms or key cards. Their seemed to be only one member of staff who was run ragged up and down stairs letting people into room as well as running reception. She took it all in her stride and was full of apologies. She deserves a pay rise and promotion for her efforts. We got power in the rooms later but still no key card. It didn't affect our stay. Location was great, room fine, staff excellent!"

"We loved the food and drink options at the hotel which was convenient since it is not close to the walkable area of the city. The staff member (Junior) was amazing and made us feel completely welcome. "
