The hotel is perfectly located with parking just next to it. Close to many sights and restaurants. The room we had seemed to be in an annex as we had to go outside and across a courtyard. The room had no heat and was freezing. The staff brought a space heater that wouldn’t work when we turned off the lights. The windows of the room also faced the area where the staff took the kitchen waste and it was noisy. The staff were very attentive, but the hotel conditions were less than ideal.

We booked this hotel in order to visit the Christmas Market and it was in an ideal location for this and for visiting central Reims. We particularly enjoyed the service and , without exception, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room we had was a little small but the overall quality of the hotel more than made up for that.

This is a decent, well-located hotel which provides great access to the train station, restaurants, and main attractions in Reims. Staff is well-trained and friendly, the breakfast (included in our package) was very good. The main concierge was super helpful. It is by no means a luxury or boutique hotel however. Our small room was comfortable enough, but (like so many European hotels) lacks in basics like adequate shelving/storage space - even a little tray in the shower to store your supplies. Chairs for two people would be nice, and a piece of art or two on the walls would not hurt. A tiny fridge would also be most welcome. These are quibbles, but at this price point a touch more refinement is in order.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Reims. We chose this hotel for close proximity to the train station, which is directly across the street. Complimentary breakfast was offered and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and nicely presented. We will recommend this hotel to friends and clients and will return for another stay.

HVAC did not wprk and our room was on the boulevard side of the building which meant we were eitger hot (window closed) or awake all night with revellers on the street. The have goon "green" but missed the mark No reuseable cup in the room, no daily service, eco-freindly nescafe pods that leak. They need to rethink that initaitive.

Hotel was perfectly fine. We had excellent service in the bar first 2 nights but on Sunday night we asked for a cheeseboard and were told staff too busy at this stage by man behind bar ( hair shaved and a bun on top). The restaurant was fully booked but it was having a pre service lull - maitre d was having a Ricard with a customer. Hadnt been a problem the night before at all. We left and on the way out Maitred' and another waiter were smoking outside ( when we arrived back later they were doing the same) Understand places get busy but no excuse here
