"This is one of the best stays we have enjoyed in a hotel. Everything was amazing and we felt so relaxed. The staff are helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. We had intended to eat out but ended up enjoying our meals in the hotel. It is exceptionally clean and well presented with attention to detail. The riverside walk into Oxford is a bonus. Thanks for a lovely special birthday treat. "

"Good location to Oxford. Lovely and Christmassy. The breakfast layout is ideal with children. Staff at reception were a little slow when we came late at night. The gave us some complimentary coffees for the wait. Otherwise great place with children. "
