"I took a 16 days family trip in UK, and stayed in 10+ different hotels. The stay with this property was nice, until I was totally shocked when the property charged me 200 pound deposit after I checked out. The property said: "One of the terms are that all used kitchen equipment is put away clean and DRY. On inspection of the property on your departure, it was clear that you had not observed this. "The home was really comfortable and spacious. It had enough room for everyone and was as advertised. The heating was a bit problematic as it was extremely hot and difficult to turn down. The office was quite responsive in trying to help. We also had some hassles with the digital locking system Overall, it was a comfortable and good stay for 3 nights "
