"This hotel was centrally located in the area where we wanted to explore, breakfast bar was OUTSTANDING, and the staff was so kind to us. One of the night staff helped us find a lost wallet that was left in the hotel shuttle, translated on the phone for us, and was so sweet! I highly recommend this place."

"The room was a good temperature but a bit dusty under the bed. The used cups were taken and not replaced and the tea/coffees were not replenished. Toilet rolls were not checked as was near enough empty on arrival."

The food could have been much hotter. I would not expect to pay extra to access the pool in a five star hotel. Room service was very quick and the food tasty."
