"Great spot, came with a ticket to the Onsen down the street. Very accommodating and allowed me to leave bags there after I checked out and went to ski. Very nice place!! "

Cute and clean, close to the Sado ferry and the main bus stop, and they were able to communicate the rules and accommodations clearly even though there was a language barrier. I used their website (translated to English) to ask a question about my stay, and they responded very quickly! "

"Absolutely wonderful experience inside the hotel. Very new and clean rooms with excellent views. Terrific breakfast. The hotel’s only small downside is that it is slightly isolated - very convenient to the convention center next door, but not much else. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Niigata. "
