"We stayed at this property for several nights, this is a lovely property. The staff are very welcoming and more than happy to advise or arrange day trips away for guests at a moments notice. We'll definitely stay again next time we are in Marrakech."

"As I have said in previous reviews, when it comes to accommodation it is not only about well painted/decorated walls etc. Our stay was amazing, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, and the riad is an experience everyone should have when visiting Morocco. It is a 250 years old Riad with spacious rooms, very clean, tha restaurant is really nice with a traditional menu which really loved it. If we ever come back to Fes it will be our first choice. "Kamal at the front desk and the other gentleman are amazing and very helpful ! Also the restaurent staff were super nice ! I think Abdulatif and another guy. The only downside is the hotel is very quite, limited dining / food options and transportation! "

"Terrible location, nice and modern hotel, poor service, the swimming pool ice cold, best breakfast we had, very relaxing. Location way too far away from Marrakech and almost impossible to get to and from Marrakech if you don't use their free shuttle service that runs twice per day. The value is ok and it wasn't a BAD experience but I wouldn't stay there again. Overall 6/10"
