"Our room is very small but it was okay for a night stay. Not near attractions /stations meaning not walkable , we have to take taxi . It’s very busy hotel with lots of people staying .it was busy when we arrived they gave machine for check in , it lacks direct communication / assistance from staff . It has hot spring and they provided what you need to use it. Great dining experience on 3rd floor restaurant we enjoyed breakfast buffet ."

"This is our second trip to Japan and decided to stay near the Shin-Osaka train station, within 9 minutes of walking distance. easy access to all locations. The area around hotel has limited shopping, however, at the train station we found over 30 restaurants, shopping, etc. The morning breakfast at the hotel is an absolute plus. A variety of delicious foods for all and great staff. We highly recommend it. We did use the on-site ONSEN and loved it. There were also other amenities like...

"Our family room was spacious with 2 bathrooms. We really like the space and their free breakfast was good too although it was a bit busy at the cafe. I do wish that the cafe to be more comfortable. My husband said it looked like a jail cafeteria. And it actually did. "

"The moment we stepped in, maybe 10 more steps before the door, there was somebody who assisted us. They are all nice and friendly.checking ln and out is quick. The room and bathrooms were always clean. They provide sleepwear too. So no need to bring one. The breakfast was superb! The train station is just right down below.would definitely recommend!"
