What I love about this hotel is that it’s in the Doutonbori area. If you plan to stay in Doutonbori for shopping, this is the best place to stay. Also, a 7-Eleven is just beside the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, and the amenities are excellent. The staff are friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s very lively on the streets around the hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The hotel didn’t have much laundry options available for the size and were always being used.

So close to all the action at Dotonbori but could hear people and music all night til 6am and we were on 10th floor! Room was very tight but staff were helpful and the desk is 24 hrs. Storage near foyer for suitcases as checkin isn't til 3pm. Toiletries available downstairs & shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer in rooms. Laundry facilities on multiple levels. Station handy to hotel too.

Great location and staff are super friendly however the rooms are tired , I had a cockroach in my room the air con is loud and the fridge is also very loud the bed was so hard. I would not return here , it was cheap though.

The location is convenient, but 1. there is no sitting area in the lobby and 2. no luggage storage services provided, the hotel just provides a room for the guests to place their luggages and post a sign out where she would not be responsible if loss or damage happens.
