"The room service staff and the repair person who came in were very professional and did a nice job. Couple of issues we encountered during our stay was - the locker was not functional. It was then replaced - water was leaking from the exhaust vent in the ceiling. This was also fixed. The water pressure in the shower was not good. Moreover, the water was not warm enough for shower on many occassions."

"As far as the VIP access hotel they were all the same so we really didn’t notice anything VIP. besides that the resort was beautiful, clean and very easy to get around. I am a picky eater and I was able to eat more foods here than other resort’s. "

"Nice older property and rooms. Staff is wonderful and the pools and breach area are good. My kids aged 15-19 had a great time. What I didn’t enjoy was that you must wait in line for the restaurant of your choice each night for 30-45 minutes to get seat right at 6 pm or you get a buzzer that will go off later which you will have 10 minutes to get your family or group down there. There is nothing else anywhere near this hotel so think you will have outside options. "
